The Faculty of Health is seeking an experienced and proactive Compliance Officer to support the delivery of a key service for staff and students across a range of healthcare programmes. Operating within a regulated setting, you will help ensure students meet the health and professional standards required to undertake clinical placements and progress successfully through their studies.
About the role
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will provide expert guidance to students, colleagues and external partners, oversee complex cases, and contribute to the development of policies, procedures and systems that meet both regulatory and University obligations.
Working closely with teams across the Faculty, wider University and partner organisations, you will play an important role in monitoring and reporting activity, analysing data, coordinating complex meetings, and delivering training and guidance. You will also have direct line management responsibility for two Senior Compliance Administrators and support the ongoing enhancement of the service

For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
