University of Plymouth Enterprise Ltd are looking for an individual to support the reception, administration, marketing and client liaison function for the Tremough Innovation Centre in Penryn. This is a highly visible and professional role reporting directly to the Business Operations Manager.
You should have GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or equivalent, a working knowledge of office management applications including email, electronic diaries, PowerPoint, Internet, web page maintenance. Experience of customer service, office administration and marketing, and a high level of numeracy and accuracy and experience in organising events are also required. Excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
This is a full-time post working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
