This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created Credibility team responsible for assessing international applicant suitability for a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). The new team will develop and maintain very close cross-departmental working relationships with the Student Recruitment and Admissions, UKVI Compliance, and Plymouth Global teams, to support the University’s international student recruitment objectives and help maintain its status as Student Visa Sponsor with the UK Home Office.
We are seeking to recruit four posts to our new Credibility team. The Senior Credibility Officer (UKVI) will provide line management of three Credibility Officer posts and have day-to-day responsibility for the new team.
You will be analytical and be capable of prioritising and organising workloads effectively. As an effective communicator, with strong attention to detail, you will provide an excellent customer service experience to applicants, agents, and other key partners.
It is essential that you have an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience of working with international students in an administrative, support or admissions role would be desirable but not essential.
This post will be located on the University’s main campus.
