About the role
Under the guidance of the Senior Programme Administrator and as a member of the team, you will be responsible for the delivery of and assist in the development of a comprehensive, customer focused, integrated, cost effective and progressive administrative support service. You will be responsible for the support and development of the assistant administrator along with contributing to the team.
The tasks will include direct contact with students, staff and external stakeholders responding to their queries. This will include maintaining student records, attending and providing the minutes for meetings, updating programme documents, providing programme data as required, provide support to the Senior Programme Administrator in addition to providing support across the team.

For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis for 2 years due to Business Demand.
