About the role
The Student Record System (SRS) project is a major transformation programme focused on improving processes to ensure that the new system enables the University of Plymouth to offer an excellent experience to both staff and students. The University has procured SITS by Tribal as the new SRS and we have begun a period of engagement, planning and preparation ahead of the next phase of the project.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will lead the Business Analysis team across the programme across key areas for our next two releases covering Students, Curriculum and Assessments.
Senior BA responsibilities:
Based in the Emdeck Building at our city centre campus, you will help coordinate and support delivery of a new student record system offering training and guidance to project team members as appropriate.
What we’re looking for
You must be able to collaborate with team members and peers across the University to gather and analyse information to achieve project objectives.
Skills and experience required include; excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills, good working knowledge/training of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint, relevant Business Analyst functional/professional qualifications or experience are essential. You should have strong interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships and be able to communicate clearly and effectively using a number of formats.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 31st December 2025 due to business demand. Remote working is available up to 3 days a week.
