We are seeking to appoint an Events and PR Officer (Maternity Cover) for The Acceleration Through Innovation Project 2 (ATI2); a GBP 3.4 million, 3 year project which is supported by the European Regional Development Fund. Led by University of Plymouth, ATI2 raises awareness of innovation as a growth tool for business and provides intensive support to those who are ready to innovate.
Under the direction of the Media and External Relations Manager, and as a key member of the ATI2 project team, you will be responsible for the delivery of a customer focused, cost effective and efficient Event and PR service for the project.
You will have practical marketing and events experience, along with experience of working in a similar media environment. A relevant qualification in public relations/media or communications is required, coupled with excellent copywriting, editing and proof reading skills.
