This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated administrator to join the Clinical Liaison Services team at the University of Plymouth Peninsula Medical School.
About the role
The Clinical Liaison Services team is responsible for providing comprehensive management and administration of the medical and dental schools' clinical placements. The focus of the team is on clinical provider liaison and engaging with the wider health care community.
We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced administrator as a team leader to lead on our Community and GP Placement provision and oversee the administration of Special Study Units and Electives for the BMBS Programme (medical students). You will require advanced IT skills and be very confident in Excel and data management. You will have need to have experience of monitoring and reporting on finance as well as analysing and presenting data. You will have great attention to detail and be highly organised. You will have a clear and demonstrable understanding of teamwork and motivation for team leadership. The Clinical Liaison Team is a highly organised team that prides itself in great customer service. You will be supported in your role as a team leader to continue to develop yourself and your skills.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis. The team are expected to work in the John Bull Building for most of the time, however we do offer informal hybrid working arrangements with up to 1-2 days WFH each week. However, this may flex depending on business need.
