The Role:
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Associate to work with Secure Innovation Limited and the University of Plymouth on a ground-breaking project to develop an innovative satellite communication and tracking system. This collaboration aims to to develop and embed a robust, reliable and cost-effective satellite communication system to allow global tracking and monitoring of high value assets, particualrly in areas where there is low or no GSM signal. University of Plymouth:
The University of Plymouth is renowned for its research excellence in electronic and communication engineering. The KTP project will be supported by leading academics, including Dr. Tobey Whitley (Analogue and Digital Electronics for Wireless Communications) and Dr. Adrian Ambroze (Digital Communication Engineering). Their expertise spans all aspects of digital communication systems, electronic engineering, advanced coding techniques and RF design.
The University of Plymouth provides a strong foundation for interdisciplinary research and innovation, ensuring the successful knowledge transfer of cutting-edge Electronic Engineering to develop real-world applications.
There is an essential requirement within this role that you will be required to travel to and work at different University sites and/or other business locations that may not be easily accessible by public transport. Please refer to the job description for further information.

Interviews are expected to take place Thursday 18th September
Interviews will take place at Secure Innovation’s premises at Spinnaker House in Saltash and you will be notified if you have been shortlisted or not.
This is a full-time position working 39 hours per week on a fixed-term basis for 27 months due to Funding.
Due to the nature of the role, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate working from home.
