Our two‑year Graduate Programme offers real responsibility from day one, combining hands‑on experience with structured development. You’ll work on service development, project delivery, and business‑critical activities, gaining practical exposure across End User Computing, as well as people, process, and project management.
Throughout the programme, you’ll develop a strong mix of technical expertise and soft skills, supported by best‑practice training and real‑world experience.

Programme Structure
This position is fixed‑term for 2 years due to the training aspect of the role, designed to support your transition from graduate to professional IT engineer.
