Through Academic Partnerships, the University has a strong partnership network across the UK and overseas, enabling students to achieve a University of Plymouth degree without having to study at the Plymouth campus. Academic Partnerships is looking to enhance its administrative structure by drawing together a multi-skilled team to support these functions, meeting the aims and objectives of Academic Partnerships.

The post sits in the Partnerships Operations team which administers both UK and international partnerships. You will act as a main point of contact for specific UK partner(s), ensuring there is cohesion with programme administration and quality assurance, aligned with the University’s regulations, policies and processes.
Please note that annual leave may be restricted during peak periods in the academic year.
Due to the volume of data and information you need to manage, it is essential that you have good attention to detail with high levels of accuracy. You will also need to have excellent IT skills, including confidence in using complex databases or a student record system.
You will also need to be reliable and possess effective communication skills and having experience of dealing with organisations in partnerships would be beneficial.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months to cover a period of absence.
