* UPSU is recruiting a new chef to provide catering services in the Kitchen. You will prepare and cook of raw materials including meat, fish and vegetables to produce a wide range of dishes including main courses, entrees, vegetarian meals, vegetable products, sweets and bakery goods
Requirements
We are seeking applications from candidates who:
* Have a food hygiene certificate* Have NVQ II or higher, or equivalent, in a catering related discipline* Have experience working in a busy kitchen * Have knowledge of nutrition* Can work as part of a high-performing team Application
