Applications are invited for appointment as a Lecturer in Marine Biology within the School of Marine Science & Engineering, to commence 1st March 2016.
Marine Biology is a key teaching and research strength within Plymouth University (http://www1.plymouth.ac.uk/research/mberc/Pages/default.aspx). The three undergraduate degree programmes and the MRes (taught jointly with the Marine Biological Association) in Marine Biology are major flagship programmes of the Faculty of Science & Technology and the University.
You will contribute to the delivery and development of our Marine Biology programmes and will be expected to develop an independently-funded programme of research that strengthens or develops our existing research activities. You should be prepared to work in a collegiate manner with Marine Biology colleagues in the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate training.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
