Applications are invited for a Team Leader (Contracts) to join the HR Administration Team.
This is a busy and varied role and the ideal candidate will be experienced in providing proactive day to day support, advice, guidance and signposting on a wide range of HR administration areas including contracts, UK Visa and Immigration matters and HR policies and procedures.
You will be a great relationship builder with excellent communication skills and will work collaboratively with two other Team Leaders to lead, inspire and manage a team of administrators to deliver a high quality administration service whilst driving a programme of continuous process improvements.
Great organisational skills, flexibility, ability to use initiative and prioritise your own workload to meet tight deadlines is essential.

This is a part-time position working 18.5 hours per week (to be worked on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) and is fixed-term to cover a period of maternity leave which is anticipated to be until 31st March 2022.
