As a member of the Service Quality Assurance and Facilitation Team you will contribute to the delivery and continual development of IT service quality in TIS (Technology and Information Services).
You will provide a service that enables TIS to improve customer-focus, cost effectiveness, and efficiency by working on a range of activities including annual planning, risk management, reporting, benchmarking and metrics, quality assessment, and the continual improvement of IT services, processes, and project delivery.
You must possess or have the aptitude for problem-solving, report writing, business writing and quality assurance.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours a week on a permanent basis.
