As a key member of the Financial Accounting team within Finance you will be responsible for preparing monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and other balance sheet control accounts. You will prepare journals, approve VAT coding on sales orders, identify and code income received into bank accounts and instigate regular BACS payment runs. You will have a high standard of numeracy and literacy, as well as accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication skills and demonstrable experience of providing a high-quality service to customers are also necessary. You should have the ability to prioritise effectively, and also work using your own initiative and as part of a team. In addition to this, you will have a good working knowledge of IT packages such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
