You will be an important member of a small team that provide high quality administrative activities aimed at delivering a varied customer focused support service at the Health & Wellbeing Innovation Centre in Truro, Cornwall.
This will primarily involve delivering high quality front of house activities associated with operating a multi occupied business facility.
These tasks include but are not limited to the meeting and greeting of customers and visitors and managing parking and access arrangements, managing visiting contractors and suppliers whilst ensuring compliance with local Health and safety procedures and assisting when necessary in the set up and hospitality delivery of catering to customer internal events
You will interface between customers, partners and colleagues, responding in an effective and timely manner to day-to-day operational queries and requests, escalating to the Business Operations Manager where necessary.
You will be responsible for assisting with the induction of Innovation Centre customers to the office environment, including setting up IT accounts, ID card access, printer access, phone access and other appropriate duties. You will respond to customer queries and take appropriate steps to ensure these are dealt with in a timely manner.
Responsible for maintaining day-to-day office needs such as stocks of stationery and publicity material, checking incoming post and maintaining kitchen supplies. To deal with correspondence, enquiries, and emails, making decisions within broad and varying frameworks, as to the required action, managing this action when necessary e.g. drafting correspondence.
You will be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service either in an existing or previous role
This position will be based at the Health & Wellbeing Innovation Centre, Truro with free on-site parking.

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week on a fixed-term basis for 10 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
