As a Business Analyst working within an Agile portfolio team, you will engage with the business to understand their needs and translate this into requirements that IT can use to develop and improve solutions.
You will work on a variety of projects some technical and some business processed based. Your duties will mean that you will be involved in the delivery and continuous development of a customer focused, cost effective and efficient IT solutions. You will have experience of working in a PRINCE2 / ITIL / Agile function / environment, along with experience of analysis, interpretation and reporting on data. Monitoring and reporting on financial information, as well as drawing on professional/specialist knowledge to solve presenting problems is essential, along with a familiarity with Agile Scrum technology.

These are full-time positions working 37 hours per week. We are looking to fill one permanent position and one fixed-term position for a period of 2 years due to business demand.
