We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Business Systems Analyst to work on an innovative collaboration between Bluefruit and University of Plymouth. A unique opportunity for a recently qualified Information Management or Business Studies Graduate to work on a joint project under Knowledge Transfer Partnership, between Bluefruit and the University of Plymouth. The key objective of this role is to analyse and interpret standards and translate these into a self-assessment model that manages compliance for software development.You will have a good first degree with a minimum 2.1 (Hons) in a relevant subject such as Information Management, Business Studies or Law. A masters qualification in a complementary subject such as Computer Science or Information Management or similar would be advantageous. You will have a strong command of English language with the ability to accurately interpret complex standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand complex technical information and convey this into easily understood instructions is essential to the post. You will have a competency in business systems modelling and understanding of quality assurance techniques. Your personal qualities will include a passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change and excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach. You will have the ability to contribute to a team effort whilst being a self-starter, highly motivated, and willing to take the project lead. You will need a logical approach to problem solving and a methodical, investigative and inquisitive mind comfortable working in an agile environment.
