We are seeking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join our growing Estates team. Working across a diverse spectrum of building types you will develop and manage estate improvement projects in conjunction with planned and reactive maintenance schemes ensuring that the University receive high quality improvements to facilities.
You will have considerable experience of delivering a range of building surveying and maintenance services including strategic maintenance programmes as well as refurbishments projects across a large, complex estate portfolio. You will have strong technical building surveying skills, with relevant experience gained either in a client side or consultancy role. It is anticipated that the appointed candidate will possess a relevant professional qualification (e.g. RICS, CIOB, BSc Building Surveying etc).
