The role is designed to support businesses and individuals from all sectors access the breadth of knowledge, services and opportunities available to them from University of Plymouth.
The combined GAIN and Enterprise Solutions project is both proactive in promoting opportunities and reactive to inbound enquiries for University services. The role will provide the connectivity between the customer and the solution provider from within the University and our range of partners.
You will work under the guidance of the Corporate Projects Manager as a member of the team where you will be responsible for delivery and development of comprehensive, customer focused, integrated services. Through their activities the post holder will provide a positive customer journey to students and external organisations seeking to utilise University of Plymouth physical and intellectual assets. The role will match businesses, public sector organisations and students to a range of services offered by University of Plymouth to generate new research collaborations, commercial income opportunities and partnerships along with enhanced student experiences.
Experience of business engagement and business needs analysis is essential for this role as is the ability to work with a range of partners.
Permanent, full time post working 37 hours per week.
