You will require a thorough understanding, knowledge, and experience of the provision of 3rd line support to 2nd and 1st line teams alongside maintenance and optimisation of the university’s applications and infrastructure.
Working in an experienced team and alongside other Windows Desktop staff we expect you to have the energy and passion to deliver and support a range of technologies.
