The University is now seeking to recruit a Senior Operations Analyst to work as part of the Infrastructure Team in Technology and Information Services (TIS). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a progressive and cutting-edge University in a beautiful location.

The IT Infrastructure Team is responsible for maintaining and developing a wide portfolio of IT services including servers, networking and telephony. You will work in a dynamic and responsive team in maintaining and developing key IT services. You will be expected to drive innovation and given autonomy to lead on work.
You will require an understanding and experience of running LAN and WAN networking technologies, in a large, networked environment. You should be conversant with Cisco switch and router configurations, Cisco wireless and Fortinet security products. You will cover a variety of disciplines in the field of network engineer which would mean you would be multi-disciplined and be able to excel at team collaboration. Working in an experienced team and alongside other Infrastructure staff we expect you to have the energy and passion to deliver and support a range of technologies and have demonstrable understanding for 3rd line configuration, operation, management and support in these technologies can be provided, if required.
